Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Dashboard Specialist with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful visual stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker.

• Translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly dashboard designs.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources and calculations.

• Optimize dashboard performance for scalability and responsiveness.

• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs and provide ongoing support.

• Maintain data documentation and dashboard version control.

• Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure clean and structured data pipelines.

• Proactively identify areas for improvement in data visualization and reporting.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI and dashboarding tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in a dashboard/reporting role.

• Strong hands-on experience with one or more BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or others.

• Proficient in SQL and working with large datasets.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
